ALPHA TESTING · UPDATED 16 OCTOBER 2026

Your email stays private.

Why leave your details?

The creator of World of Witcher uses your email address, optional nickname, registration date and invitation status to organise alpha testing and contact interested players. Joining is optional and does not sign you up for marketing.

Who can see them?

The project's administration is restricted to the creator. The website and database run on Cloudflare, which processes data to provide hosting and security. Registration details are encrypted before storage. They are not published, sold, or sent to Ko-fi. This registration page does not load the Ko-fi widget or third-party analytics.

Spam protection

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions. A keyed, non-readable rate-limit identifier derived from the connecting IP address is kept for up to ten minutes. The application does not store raw IP addresses or include form contents in application logs. Cloudflare processes network requests as the hosting and security provider.

Keeping or removing your details

Alpha registrations are kept while organising testing and reviewed for removal after twelve months during routine maintenance. Save the private removal link shown after joining to delete your registration earlier. Duplicate submissions keep the original registration and removal link. You can also request help with access, correction or removal through the creator's Ko-fi page.

Supporting the project

Ko-fi handles contributions separately. Once payment notifications are connected, the private administration can display a supporter's supplied name, email, payment amount, currency and date for up to twelve months. A contribution does not join the alpha list. A matching email can associate a contribution with an existing registration; different addresses are not assumed to be the same person. Payment card or bank details are never stored by this website.

Cloudflare's recovery backups may retain earlier versions for their backup retention period. This page describes the site's data handling; the respective providers' privacy policies also apply.
